Pete's Log: oofa

Entry #1402, (Life in General)
(posted when I was 28 years old.)

The one thing I really miss about academic computer science is that I could share details about code I was working on and such on here. The private sector tends to frown on that. But I got a fun little coding project at work, and I kicked its ass.

I keep thinking of these fun little things I want to share here, because they're the sort of little cultural differences that enrich an experience like the one I'm having here. I keep forgetting them by the time I get here, though.

Dear Arun and Shelece: I wish you all the best and lots of joy. My piece of advice for you, which I've stolen, is this: be excellent to each other.
