Esgeroth of Ceallach (pronounce Killian) is the alter ego of mild-mannered
computer geek Pete Rijks. Born under bizarre
circumstances (all that is known is that large orange-juice consumption on
the part of Pete were part of the process) Esgeroth represents the side of
Pete that never left the mirkwood when Pete finished reading the Hobbit
for the first time.
Anyway, if you're worried that I'm a dark, depressed individual, worry no
more, I am quite happy. I don't dress in dark clothes or anything, but I
was a goth this last halloween. This webpage is just dark-looking
because it seemed like a cool thing to do to my web page... A brief summary of what is on this page (and why): Writing... man is the animal which communicates. Speech, art, writing. I write, therefore I communicate, therefore I am. Toons and such... I love Asterix. And when I get a chance I like to read marvel comics or watch anime. Think what you will. UNIX... the magical tools of adventurers of this modern time. learn simple tips of the trade. Football... though I've never really been much a fan of watching sports, I've developed an interest in football of late. A great game of strategy it is... Aliens...
