Pete's Log: I Wanna See More Space Stuff

So a few days ago I was taking a look at the night sky and noticed two unusually bright spots over the garage (a.k.a. to the West). I figured they had to be planets and figured out it was Jupiter and Venus. It wasn't until after noticing them that I started seeing posts about them having a conjunction, but clouds ensured I never did get another good view of them and I think they got closer than I saw them.
Last night I did get to admire the almost full moon. But tonight when it is full, it's obscured by clouds again.
I also got an email that the ISS will be visible (clouds permitting) tomorrow just after 4 am or so. It feels like it's been a while since we've had an evening ISS flyover.
