Well, it's been 775 days since I reported my first create-react-app issue and 418 days since I reported my second. But now I'm officially pretty sure they'll never get resolved.
Because even though there's no obvious indication on the create-react-app site or its github repo, it has apparently been deprecated. But the only indication is that the official documentation for creating a new React project now only points at various third party tools for starting a new app and apparently quietly dropped any mention of create-react-app.
At least the custom create-react-app templates I've made for work should continue to work for the immediate future. But it's annoying that I regularly check the create-react-app github repo for updates and don't see any announcements there.
