Pete's Log: The beginning of the end?

I lucked into a vaccine appointment this morning so took a last minute vacation day and got my shot at a mass vaccination site downtown. So downtown twice in one week after not coming in the city for months.
The site was well organized and efficient. I think I had the shot in my arm within 10 minutes of leaving the car. I got the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine so I’ll be back again in three weeks. The jab pinched a little more than a flu shot, but wasn’t bad. I’m now ten minutes into my 15 minutes of post-shot monitoring. Feeling good.
