Pete's Log: Monday Morning Musings

Saturday night I had some trouble falling asleep, but by the time I woke up Sunday morning, I felt fine. So I guess I got off easy in terms of vaccine side effects. Jamie got her second dose yesterday and is having a slightly tougher go of it today, but nothing she can't manage.
It feels nice to both have both shots. But we also still have a toddler with no COVID vaccination yet. She got her two year checkup and is in good health. However her pediatrician thinks it's unlikely any vaccine will be approved for her age group until next year. So there's still that to worry about. Overall though feeling very lucky.
I guess I should've titled this Monday Morning Vaccine Musings, but that would throw off the alliteration.
