Pete's Log: Entertaining myself

I took some pictures today to use as the avatar and header pictures for @murdermystery@botsin.space, my random murder mystery generator. I'm quite pleased with how they turned out. The "blood" in the avatar is strawberry syrup.
The plot structures have become more complex, but I still want to do more. My favorite new addition is that I any word in a word list can now be either a string or a tuple. If it's a tuple, then the first part is the word itself, and the remaining parts are "punny" endings that can replace the generic ending.
So for example, in the occupations word list, the occupation baker now includes the potential ending "is {hero} about to bake {hero_pp} last cake?"
Which really adds to the whole thing, since I think these sorts of puns are a staple of the back covers of mystery novels.
Now I just need to think of more potential endings to add.
